One warehouse for every client
Stop losing hours every week to Slack threads, renamed files, and "did you see the latest version?" Clipsilo gives your agency one clean system for every client account — with per-client isolation, approval links that clients actually use, and a full audit trail.

Why agencies bleed time on asset management
Your margins live and die in the operational gap between "creative done" and "client approved."
Client file sharing chaos
Client A wants WeTransfer. Client B insists on their Dropbox. Client C can only receive Google Drive links. Every account manager reinvents the wheel — and every intern learns a new file system their first day.
Re-approval loops
Client approved v3. Designer made a tweak. Who approved v4? The email chain is 37 replies deep. Someone posts v3 anyway. The client is unhappy. Retainer renegotiated.
Inconsistent asset naming
client-reel-final.mp4, Reel_FINAL_v2.mov, copy of final final.mov. Each designer has their own convention. Finding anything three months later is archaeological work.
Manual distribution to platforms
Someone has to log into every client's Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts, download from Dropbox, and upload again. It's the most expensive intern work in your stack.
How it works for agencies
One login for your team. Complete isolation between clients. No mixing, no leaks, no accidents.
Multi-account structure
Every client gets their own Clipsilo workspace — their own assets, their own approval history, their own API keys. Your agency owns them all but clients never see each other.
- Separate workspaces per brand
- Role-based team access
- Switch clients in one click
Per-client asset isolation
Client data never crosses boundaries. Each workspace has its own S3 bucket namespace, its own API tokens, and its own webhook endpoints. An MCP query in client A's workspace never touches client B's files.
- Isolated storage and metadata
- Per-workspace API keys
- Audit logs scoped per client
Approval link sharing
Clients hate new logins. We know. Send a single-use preview link via email or Slack — they click, they see the asset, they approve. No account, no password, no training call.
- No client login required
- Link-level expiration controls
- Inline comments and revisions
Webhook notifications
Approvals, rejections, new uploads, batch completions — every event fires a webhook. Wire it into Slack, Linear, your scheduler, or your own internal tool. Your account managers never have to check a dashboard.
- Real-time event delivery
- HMAC signature verification
- Retry with exponential backoff
Features agencies actually use
Not a DAM bolted onto a scheduler. A purpose-built warehouse for multi-client work.
Client approval links
Password-free previews with approve / request-changes / reject actions. Clients click once and you're done.
Multi-account management
Run dozens of client workspaces from one login. Invite team members per client. Bill per workspace or under one umbrella.
Audit trail
Every upload, every approval, every rejection — timestamped and attributed. End-of-quarter reviews write themselves.
Batch ingestion API
Upload 500 assets in a single API call with a manifest. Perfect for end-of-shoot ingests or campaign-scale rollouts.
The numbers
Agencies using Clipsilo save an average of 6 hours per week on asset management.
That's 300+ hours per year per account manager — redirected from file-shuffling into client work, strategy, and margin. Most agencies recoup the cost of Clipsilo in the first three days of using it.

Agency pricing
$10/mo per workspace — bring every client in
No per-seat fees. No asset-count meters. No surprise invoices. A flat $10/mo (or $96/yr) per client workspace, with everything included — MCP server, approval workflow, API access, webhooks.
Questions agencies ask
The real answers to what operations leads want to know.
How do we bill clients for Clipsilo?
Two common patterns. (1) Absorb it: at $10/workspace/mo, it disappears into retainer costs and pays for itself in saved hours. (2) Pass through: list it as a line item on the client invoice — most clients happily pay when they see the approval workflow. Either way, every workspace is independently billable via our API.
Do clients need to create accounts?
No. This is the single biggest adoption blocker we heard when building Clipsilo, so we designed around it. Clients receive a preview link, click it, and see a branded approval page. They approve, request changes, or reject — all with zero account creation. Your team has the full login; clients have the simplest possible interface.
Can we white-label the preview experience?
You can set a workspace display name, accent color, and custom subdomain per client. The preview page uses the client's branding instead of Clipsilo's — your clients see their own logo, your agency stays invisible in the best way.
What happens when we offboard a client?
Archive the workspace and keep the audit trail forever as a compliance record, or fully export the metadata as JSON and delete. Client files never belonged to us — they're in your (or the client's) S3 bucket the whole time. The Clipsilo metadata layer is the only thing that gets torn down.
Do you integrate with Slack, Notion, Asana, Linear?
Yes — via webhooks. Every asset event (uploaded, approved, rejected, distributed) fires a signed webhook you can wire into any tool that accepts HTTP callbacks. We also publish a public OpenAPI spec so custom integrations are a 30-minute job.
