For Content Creators

Built for creators who ship daily

You post every day. You cut a new Reel while the podcast is still rendering. You switch between three platforms before lunch. You deserve a content warehouse that moves as fast as you do — and talks to the AI tools you already use.

Every creator knows this pain

You didn't get into this to be a file clerk. But somehow that's half the job.

Assets scattered across platforms

Raw footage in Dropbox. Final cuts in Drive. Thumbnails in Notion. Podcast masters on an external drive. When you need yesterday's b-roll, you spend 20 minutes hunting instead of creating.

Re-uploading the same clips

That intro sting? Uploaded to YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and Twitter — every single time. Every export wastes bandwidth, time, and platform queue slots. The same file, seven times.

Losing track of approved content

Is this the version the sponsor signed off on? Did the manager approve this thumbnail? Brand deals live or die on sign-off receipts — and "I think so" is not a receipt.

AI tools that can't find your files

You asked Claude to draft a post with your latest clip. It hallucinated a filename. Your AI stack can write copy and ideate hooks — but it has no way to actually reach into your library and pull the right asset.

The creator workflow

How Clipsilo fits into your day

Three steps. No new tools to learn. No new apps to babysit.

  1. 1

    Create

Shoot, edit, render. Stay in Final Cut, Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut — whatever you already use. Clipsilo never touches your creative process.

  2. 2

    Warehouse

Push exports into Clipsilo via drag-and-drop or the REST API. Tag, title, and add context once. Your library auto-deduplicates by SHA-256 — upload the same render twice, pay for storage once.

  3. 3

    Distribute

Push to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn from one place. Or let an AI agent pull the right asset for a scheduled post — via MCP, no hallucinations.

Features creators actually use

Not a laundry list of enterprise bloat. Just the things that save your afternoons.

Unlimited asset storage

Files live in your own S3, R2, or B2 bucket. No arbitrary caps. Video, audio, images, SVGs — warehouse everything, keep the bill predictable.

One-click platform distribution

Pick an asset, pick destinations, hit send. Platform-specific metadata (titles, hashtags, thumbnails) is stored once and reused forever.

MCP for AI-assisted posting

Claude, ChatGPT, and LangChain agents connect to your warehouse natively. Ask for "that intro from last Tuesday's episode" and your AI finds it.

Approval workflow for brand deals

Send a sponsor a preview link. They approve with one click — no login, no account. You keep a timestamped audit trail for every yes.

What creators are saying

Real workflows from people who post for a living.

I used to spend Sunday nights re-exporting clips for five platforms. Now I upload once, tag once, and distribute from my phone while walking the dog. My Sundays are mine again.

The MCP server changed how I work. I tell Claude "draft three hook variants for the drone clip from last week" and it actually pulls the right file. No more describing assets to an AI that can't see them.

Brand deals used to stall in approval. Now I send a Clipsilo preview link, the sponsor clicks approve, and I have a timestamped record. Two deals closed this month that would have dragged for weeks.

Questions creators ask

The honest answers to what we hear most.

Does Clipsilo replace my editor, DAM, or scheduler?

No — Clipsilo sits between them. Keep editing in Premiere or Final Cut. Keep scheduling in Buffer, Later, or your platform of choice. Clipsilo is the warehouse in the middle where your approved, ready-to-ship assets live — the single source of truth every tool can pull from.

What file types can I store?

Video (MP4, MOV, WebM, AVI), audio (MP3, WAV, FLAC), images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG), and documents (PDF). AWS S3 limits apply to file size — Clipsilo imposes none. The files live in your own S3 bucket; Clipsilo stores the metadata and references.

I'm a solo creator — is this overkill for me?

Honestly, solo creators are who Clipsilo was built for. Agencies and video teams adopted it later. If you post to more than one platform or work with even occasional sponsors, the approval workflow and one-click distribution pay for the $10/mo in the first afternoon.

Do I need to know how to use an API?

Nope. The web dashboard handles upload, tagging, approvals, and distribution without touching code. The API and MCP server are there for when you want to get fancy — connect Claude, automate your uploads, wire into Zapier. Start in the dashboard, graduate when you feel like it.

What happens to my files if I cancel?

Your files are in your bucket. We never had them. If you cancel, you lose access to the Clipsilo metadata layer — the tags, approval history, MCP endpoint — but your raw files remain exactly where they were. You can export your metadata as JSON on the way out.
